New Contemporaries presents professional development symposia for emerging artists, art professionals and students studying creative courses.

Held in collaboration with established national institutions, the symposia have reached broad audiences and addressed key issues for emerging practitioners across the country, providing practical skills and advice, and enabling participants to be better equipped to tackle the continually shifting contemporary art world.
