Student Forum: State of Encounter

The ICA Student Forum offers students the opportunity to shape and develop a public programme of events in response to the ICA programme of exhibitions, films, performances and public events.

In this forum, a panel will discuss the challenges curators encounter when exhibiting emerging artists as a part of group show. The talk explores the process of planning and bringing together work that may not be linked thematically and raises questions about how to overcome spatial and contextual issues.
