Studied painting at the Royal College of Art (1998-2000) with a Bundy Scholarship and in Barcelona at the Facultat de Belles Arts (1990-95), where she began her PhD.
She lived and studied in Paris (1994) and Berlin (1996) for four months respectively with the Erasmus Programme. She received an Intercampus Scholarship to Lima, Peru in 1996 and has participated in several workshops by QUAM in Spain. Marta Marce has lived in London since 1997. Her work hsa been included in Sala Lola Anglada, Barcelona (1993), SBC Painting Prize London (1995), Rijeka Biennale Mladih in Croatia (1995), Alem da Agua MEIAC, Badajoz (1996), Hockney Gallery RCA (1999). She had a solo show in Area, Barcelona (1996).
