If Alistair Frost's tidy inventory of artefacts comes off initially as 'teacher's pet' - a little too tidily figured out - look again. The investigation cuts a swath from Boetti to Bouillabre to Broodthaers and makes you wonder what's earnest and what's ironic. But it's the big-hats' salute to that other earlier Belgian that makes you relax and smile at it all.
