- Submissions will be accepted online between 17 February 2025 (10am) and 17 March 2025 (2pm).
- The panel of guest selectors will look at all material submitted and will make a shortlist. Artists will be notified whether or not they have been shortlisted by early April 2025.
- Shortlisted artists will be informed as to whether or not they have been selected by late May 2025.
